"The Scoring Trilogy"
Trilogy: "a set of three connected works that can be seen either as a single work or
three individual works."
My new book,"Playing Great Golf "is the trilogy of the study, testing, reverse
engineering and research that I conducted into golf’s scoring game as presented in my earlier
works as used and perfected by the very best players of all time.
The Scoring Machine: Getting out of your own way" published in 2006, identified
and set forth the concepts, perfected by Bobby Jones, Byron Nelson and Ben Hogan, that great
players played at their best only when the subconscious mind was properly trained and the
conscious mind was “disassociated” for the 1.5 seconds it takes to execute a golf shot.
Golf’s Scoring Secret: published in 2007, expanded the Scoring Machine
concept, outlining the coaching techniques that guarantee success and introduced the idea that
"Deliberate Practice," as identified by Anders Ericsson, PhD, is a “simple” approach to low scores.
The Scoring Seminar: which I conduct within a classroom or group setting which
introduces, outlines and attempts to explain the concepts, techniques and ideas that were
presented in The Scoring Machine and Golf’s Scoring Secret.
"Playing Great Golf "The Scoring Trilogy" is a 267 page bound book that
features "Golf's Scoring Secret," the complete "Four Day Scoring Program" and the
"Scoring Seminar" work books. The "The Scoring Trilogy" is available for $70 including
shipping, etc.
